Personality: Vitani is a scrappy young lady who offers sarcasm and scorn to those who annoy her (i.e. most people). She’s a survivor and a fighter; she likes to let everyone be aware of that fact. While she can be fairly quick to be frustrated, she can be pretty optimistic considering her situation. Vitani is convinced that things will get better for her and the other Outsiders. She's easily manipulated by older pride members, especially by her mother, Zira. She believes violence to be fun and play-fights are her favorite game. She’s confident and tough, but she's also still a child and can be naive or frightened.
Backstory:
Vitani was born to Zira shortly before Scar's reign in the Pride Lands met its end and his followers were exiled to the Shadowlands. The young cub never really knew anything besides the barren, termite infested desert. Though she was very little at the time, she can remember the appearance of Kovu, and Scar choosing him as his heir.
She, with a fair amount of help from her pride, Zira especially, grew bitter toward Simba and all the other Pride Landers. Vitani was fine with being out on her own half the time. She grew to admire the art of combat. Despite her young age, Vitani receives battle training on the regular. She admires the way of the warrior, although, as she is still a child, lacks any honor or tact.
She has proven herself to be strong and promising for her age, and this is a fact she lords over most of the other spitfires. In fact, she doesn't really have much respect for anyone except for her mother, the royal family and the sentinels. Her brother, Nuka, while still family, she usually has a hard time tolerating. No doubt because of having to deal with her brother, Vitani has grown to dislike whiners and is quite business-like in her "duties".
