Ari seems to be in a near constant state of zen. Her voice and mannerisms are calm and content -- freakishly so. This may be unsettling to some people, although it's clear that 99% she doesn't have even the slightest hint of ill will. After all, she is an alien so it's quite possible her emotions work differently, though she definitely has them; she can love, be protective and once in a blue moon even become upset. Ari sees the positives and doesn't treat differences with hate, but rather fascination. In fact, her curiosity and lack of understanding the of concept of personal space can lead to.. interesting confrontations. She seeks understanding and new experiences.
Backstory:
Hailing from the same aristocratic energy-being race as the infamous media mogul, Tabs, Ari is what we on Earth can understand as a rich person constantly in need of things to occupy themselves with. Her kin wanted her to manage the solar systems under their possession but, as is the wont of the Disney princess, Ari wanted more. She wanted to travel: see and experience the universe. Like a sponge, she wanted to absorb everything she could; this could explain her insanely open-minded disposition and desire to get involved with literally everything.
Even to her own people, Ari was seen as something of a nutjob. After centuries of trying to convince her to do anything else, her kind disowned her. Ari didn't seem to care. She could finally be free. In her time studying the various cultures she came across, she learned philosophy, contributing further to her airy personality. She also learned self-defense, which she has an unfortunate tendency to hold off on using until the last second, if she even fights back at all. Though, Ari has gotten better at understanding how to recognize a life and death situation. There are several sad stories of her past adventures where she had not yet gained this particular ability; one of the few things she doesn't like to talk about.
Recently, Ari has tried to reconnect with her brother Tabs who has also distanced himself from their kind. Tabs seems embarrassed by her and avoids her like the plague. Ari, however, admires her brother, to the point of using a body vaguely similar to his. However, after a falling out between them over personal issues, Ari has begun ignoring his existence. Perhaps in an attempt to distract herself, she decided she would stay with the Rogues a while. Aside from picking a side, Ari doesn't really have a gameplan.
